Questions we hear often.
What does the starting price include?
The scope listed next to each starting point: design, build, testing and handover for that scope. Anything beyond it is quoted separately and agreed in writing before work starts.
How long does a project take?
A website typically takes a few weeks; business websites and stores a little longer; web apps and integrations depend on scope. We agree a timeline up front and report progress as we go.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Sites are built with a CMS so you can edit content, pages and collections without touching code.
How do care plans work?
A monthly plan with a set number of hours, a response target and regular checks. Unused hours do not roll over and response targets are not 24/7 support.
Are hosting and licences included?
No. Domains, hosting, subscriptions and third-party licences are billed separately, and we help you choose sensible ones.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. Modernization, performance work, refactoring and integrations on existing sites and systems are a large part of what we do.
